We work closely with tenants to make sure they are willing to renew their annual lease months before their current lease expires. We are so confident that we will minimize your vacancies that if your property should sit un-rented for more than 30 days we will forfeit our management fees for the period of time your property was vacant after lease signing. If it takes sixty days to lease your property you will have no-fee obligation to us for the first sixty days of the new lease.
Pricing
1-2 Doors: 10% of gross rents
3-4 Doors: 9% of gross rents
5-10 Doors: 8% of gross rents
10+ Doors: 7% of gross rents
